Product Manufacturing

Product Manufacturing Phase in lighting involves the actual creation of the lighting products based on the designs and specifications developed in earlier stages. This phase ensures that the product is produced efficiently, meets quality standards, and is ready for distribution.

Delivery/Installation

The Delivery and Installation phase in lighting manufacturing is the final stage in bringing the product to the customer, ensuring the lighting solution is functional, and meets the intended specifications. This phase involves careful coordination between logistics and customer service.
